Albee is a City of New Orleans licensed Tour Guide and For-Hire Vehicle Operator. Residing next door in St. Bernard Parish, this Holy Cross graduate has worked in the hospitality industry in New Orleans since his first job at The Monteleone Hotel as a teenager. His experience as Lead Personal Concierge at The Roosevelt shows in his attentiveness to guests needs and personal service.

 He often "plays tourist in his hometown".

Miles Parker III is a third generation New Orleanian and has worked in the service industry since 1989. He's had a Chauffeur driver's license for over 25 years, and always knows more than one way to get where you're going!

"Poppa" Miles is a native New Orleanian who grew up in the Bayou St. John area of the city and was eating po-boys at Parkway when he was in single digits! He'll tell you his favorite BBQ shrimp is at Mr.B's, and probably a story or two if you enjoy conversation. He's always a guest favorite!
